You just need to let the video play a few seconds, until two specific types of link appear. But because the video is still playing, these links (and others) keep constantly appearing. Also, someone pointed out an unusual case where a video doesn't list resolutions with numbers, it shows "SD" and "HD" under the gear icon. So here's a bulletproof way to do this (until it changes again). This keeps changing, apparently the April method now results in downloading a random recommendation instead of the video you wanted.
